I am having trouble logging in.
Ensure your name and password are correct, and use the “forgot password” link from the log in page to reset it manually. If you still cant log in, it is possible that the book has been accessed from two locations at one time, and has blocked you. If this is the case, use the contact form and describe your issue and we will get back to you within 24 hours and reset your credentials. Make sure you don't give out your password, or attempt to log in from more than one location at a time.
Can I download or print the content?
Unfortunately, no. The content is localized on the book so you can take advantage of updates and new features.
I paid, and I haven't received the book.
After purchase, you should receive an email with instructions on how to access the book and set your credentials. If you have not received an email, please check your junk mail. It is often found there.
